Attorney Whitmoyer is a fifteen-year member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a council member of the Solo and Small Firms Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, he has served as President of the Lebanon County Bar Association.
