Attorney Whitmoyer is a 15-year member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a council member of the Solo and Small Firms Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, he has served as President of the Lebanon County Bar Association.
